Heavy Industrial Developments

We have provided geotechnical evaluations for heavy industrial projects with components such as booster pumps, pipe racks, skids, large tank pads, machine foundations (dynamic loading), underground storage tanks (UGST's), secondary containment, lined areas, stromwater ponds etc. typically meeting AER spcifications.

Commercial, Residential and Mix-Use Developments

We have provided geotechnical investigations at the preliminary (pre purchase due diligence) and final development stages for both commercial and residential subdivisions. We have provided geotechnical services during construction for multiple big box commercial warehouse developments (Costco, Safeway, Wal-Mart, Sobeys) and residential subdivisions in western Canada including site-specific slope stability assessments, deep fill settlement analyses and preload design, pavement design, pile load test recommendations, retaining wall designs and global stability analyses.

Infrastructure Developments

We have also provided geotechnical support for Infrastructure developments, including lateral pile analysis for integrated bridge abutments, global stability analyses of MSE walls and approach embankment long and short term stability analysis.
